Maybe a Repost? For you Car & Driver Lovers...(A41.8t vs. TSX vs.SubLeg2.5GT vs. S40T5)...
Just got it from the Mailbox...
4th = A4 1.8T UltraSport (front drive)
3rd = Suburu Legacy 2.5GT
2nd = Volvo S40 T5
1st = Acura TSX
IMO, Audi is def the best looking and really struggled to get below $30k...Really not fair not to get an A4 w/ all the goodies missing like quattro, 6spd and even 3.0 (I know they had their limits but WTF)...All the competitors under $30k were all in their "Top Form" glory...
Don't get me wrong, the TSX is a cool car but I would never consider it...I would consider giving the TL the nod though...Not the front driver but the AWD one
Again out of all the above, the Audi has the style and class that never dates itself !!!

I looked at the TSX as it was just out when I bought my A4 - more...
The TSX doors feel light and cheap as did a lot of the rest of the car. A lot of content for the price, but does not "feel" like a quality piece. The TL is a different story..strong doors, feel, look, but it wasn't available yet...and no Quattro...I love the shape feel and the interior of our cars is beyond anyone else.
However, I doubt that I'd have power seat problems with these "upscale" Hondas (see my earlier post)...
