My conclusions on the looks of the A4 (long)
 

Well, after looking at all brand new 4-door sedans 35k and under, here are my OWN personal conclusions:

1) A black BMW is still the best looking sedan there is. It will always attract attention and draw stares.
2) Other colors for BMW are decent but not attention getting like a black one. They'll get some attention, but definitely not as much.
3) Audi A4 in my book ranks up there close to the best looking cars for the price range and below. Jaguar is a nice looking car, Mercedes has the name.
4) Audi is definitely a more subtle luxury look from the exterior. It looks good, and draws attention, especially due to the fact that there are so few of them, but it doesn't scream at you to look at it like a black bmw.
5) interior, this is the best interior i've seen on a car, period. it has both aluminum for sporty and wood for luxury. i lean towards luxury, and so the dark wood is the best i've seen, period. i've ridden in bmw 540, jaguar (the convertible, can'r remember if it's xk8?), s-type, range rover, etc... nothing, absolutely nothing comes close to what audi has done. bmw may come close, but it's instrument cluster doesn't compare. the bimmer does have great leatherette.

i guess it doesn't matter anyways considering i already ordered my 3.0 a month and a half ago. it is just too much time waiting.

I dont know, down here at least, the A4 definitely gets envious stares from Bimmers.

Personally, I prefer the look, especially from the front, although BM's will always hold a special place in my heart.
