My drink holder is stuck - anyone else have this problem?

When I push the button for the tray to come out, the support thing doesn't pop out unless I pull it out manually. Maybe i spilled something sticky.. anyone else have this problem? Solutions?

happened to the coin holder

semi common, take it to dealer, they'll replace it.
