New Mods!! JHM SS and Miltek HFC.
first things first - the JHM SS kit RULES! it's ******* dope. a real great upgrade over the B&M i took out. the shifting is smooth and percise- just how i expect a quality piece to preform. the install was straight forword but the linkage and stabilizer bushing require some skill and patience. it also takes some adjusting to get the shifter perfect.
i complimented the shifter with a euro **** and a upgraded HVAC controller w/ a off button insted of the auto recirculate button.

next up was a Miltek HFC with new O2 sensors.

the bottom bolts are a bit tricky to get at and a seized bolt adds to the adventure. overall the install went smooth.

side note - when i re-installed the radio, i got a "error 3" message. i took off the top panel of the radio and popped the CD's back on the spindle. problem solved.<ul><li><a href="http://www.jhmotorsports.com/shop/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=21_62_64_110_160_164&pr oducts_id=66">JHM kit</a></li></ul>

i like the miltek. no K04 yet, but i'm prepairing for a future turbo upgrade.
my brother helps with most of my installs and he kept asking when we're going do the turbo!

so was there a immediate difference with the HFC? i think me wants one
damn if I could just make the wife think its a necessity...oh, reason is that i live in california and the smog certificate crap.

The HFC will only do so much. Is it better than stock, yes. But not as good as a testpipe.
Yes i have run both a HFC, testpipe and now a combo of testpipe w/ HFC relocated down stream once the the exhaust has cooled slightly
