work as a port. Is it worth taking it out to make the system sound better?

Default I took mine out because I was originally gonna use a free air sub in the same spot, but it sounded
horrible so I put a 12 inch tube in the trunk and have just been too lazy to put it back on. I think that the trunk does need some vent for the pressure created by the sub so I may leave it that way but I get ahorrible rattle that I need to Dynamat to reduce the vibrations and rattles from it

which free-air sub did you use and was your trunk COMPLETELY sealed?

Default can't remember exact brand it was in crutchfield..trunk is still not
sealed I haven't gotten around to dynamatting it yet I wanna say it was a pioneer but can't be 100% sure
