Question for Bell Audi Buyers - New Jersey
 

I am expecting my A4 to arrive in a few weeks from Bell Audi and I know there are a few people who bought from there.

I just wanted to know if anyone has actually received their car yet from Bell and if there were any problems with it when they arrived (paint chips, shipping blocks, etc.). Just want to know if I should be on the look-out for anything in particular.

No problems, it was prepped and ready to go

Bought a used Audi Assured car there, it was perfect even used. Great place.

Got my 1999.5 from there...it was fine but...
 

Everything was perfect for delivery, however, I have not been thrilled with their service dept. Incompetence and sloppiness seems to be the norm there. However, I've heard other dealers in the area are worse, so I just deal with it.

Tiny Scratch near rear license plate from Bell
 

I was calm but pissed, scratch was in the paint.
Probably from the gent who put the Bell License plate frame on the rear. I would not have seen this at night since my car is Ebony Black.. I would advise thoroughly looking over the car in the daylight prior to delivery..

Wow, can't believe there are Bell costumers here.
I picked mine up at night, and it's a light silver
so I really couldn't see any scratches, none so far. I'm satisfied with their sales people, car
came in within reasonable time, actually surprised me. I think I got a good deal, and a good loan rate. I'm waiting for plates now, lookout for a silver 1.8T with a Jersey temp.
Gobridge, where do you go for service?

Picked up my 02 A4 there 1 month ago. Everything was fine.
 

Some swirl marks that I'm in the process of polishing out. I don't know what their service department is like because I haven't had any trouble with car.

My sales person was great....but SERVICE is BAD there ! Go to BellaviaAudi in West NY for SERVICE.

Town Motors in Englewood is like no service department I ever experienced, apologizing for a 01 headlight that went, finding a defective part in the 01 fuel pump and replacing it, offering a loaner without asking. I picked up my 02 there this week. My sales person (Pam) was not a technical expert but she's a pleasure to deal with and offered her A4 02 demo as a loaner when my 01 lease was up. The guy who does the financing offered his S4 as a loaner if I want to put the radar in.
