Red Flashing "Coolant"
So my console has a red flashing warning that says "Coolant". I know red flashing messages are serious, is this just a low coolant level or something else? Thanks!

I did a search, and everyone else says their message said "Low Coolant", mine just says "Coolant". I went out and checked and the coolant level is extremely low. I'm shocked because I just took it in for an oil change two weeks ago, and have done so every 5,000 miles, and the coolant wasn't topped off? I would think that would be included in an oil change, but I guess I'm wrong...

Re: Who does your oil changes? Dealership?
Yes, I always take it to a dealership for oil changes...I'm going to top it off, see if that fixes it. I'm just surprised that they don't top off your fluids for you when in for an oil change.

Dealers should always check fluid levels as it's billed in your invoice.
Since you just got an oil change at the dealership not too long ago, I'm guessing you definitely have a leak.
Around 2 months ago I had a leak and immediately brought it to the dealer THAT SAME DAY I found out. The shop that was doing my muffler saw the leak as he was working on the car from the bottom. Do you see any liquid pool in your parking area? Try also looking from the hood. Remove the engine cover and you may see coolant leak from there.

It's been in my driveway for two days now, and there's no coolant below the car...just water from melting snow. I just filled it, I'm going to wait week and if it's still at the same level I'm calling up the dealership and asking why a $85 oil change doesn't include checking fluids...
