235/40-18" Tires vs. 235/35-19" Tires: Advantages/Disadvantages of 19" Tires?
Granted they are same tires just bigger size (i.e. Michelin Pilot Sport PS2) Is Bigger always better? Better handling, cornering, and etc? What are advantages and disadvantages of the bigger tires?

Cost is the biggest disadvantage, but also you don't really gain much/anything from 19" vs. 18" (m)
In terms of handling. On an 18" wheel, the tire sidewall is already as short as necessary to for optimum stiffness. Bigger is not always better. I would recommend 18" if you can cough up the dough for 18" tires, but most of the time, 17" is acceptable and 19" is just not helpful.

Only advantage is looks
unless you have big *** brakes that won't fit over 18" rims, then you have no choice.
Disadvantages: cost of rims and tires, poorer acceleration, braking, handling due to higher unsprung weight; higher risk of rim damage; harsher ride.

If your thinking of running 19's. You may want to consider going to 245x35x19. It will protect your wheel a little more from potholes and bad roads.
The 19's look better but they're louder and more susceptible to damage. I'm selling mine. I already pickuped some 18's.
