Default side note for DC/MD/VA peeps, regarding a GOOD DEALER for SERVICE

Go to Rockville Audi, as far as I am concerned, they were especially nice, informative and pleasant to deal with. I drove away WITHOUT ANY uneasy feeling at all.

They were so pleasant to deal with, and it made me have complete confidence they would find that problem that took HUNT VALLEY MOTORS numerous times to find - and in fact, never did.

I dealt with Ana, a very nice young lady. Very eager. And kind of cute too. That helps.

My tech did not act like my car was a hassle in his busy day...complex issues like mine can give a tech the kind of grimace on the face the same way a fat lady with a large basket of groceries can give the Cashier at the local food store.

On the contrary, he seemed to feel as though it was a CHALLENGE, an eager beaver ready and willing to go forth and find the issue.

Yesterday, on day two, while I was at the dealer talking with him, I remember him saying this phrase as we were closing our conversation....

"Sir, I will find out what is making this happen. I have the history of the car and your descriptions....believe me, I will solve this by tomorrow. And you can count on your ashtray being JUST LIKE NEW AGAIN."

"I have all the confidence in you, my man." I said as I left. Because of that confidence, I didnt feel the need to have to check up on him all day today before I picked up the car.

ROCKVILLE AUDI. BRAVO ZULU.

Default I agree

I bought my car from there and have had one service there for a blown circuit in the tip. I've been very happy with my experience there.
