Default So, TMTuning.com sent a replacement LED Tail light for the one that had a burnt out LED....

but they sent me the BLACK VERSION!!!

So do I keep the black tail and buy the matching one to see how it looks on the Crystal Blue A4? It actually has less chrome inside the housing so it looks like a blacked out unit (not as dark as the pics show below), which I actually kind of like. Not sure if the black will look nice on such a light color car though.

Didn't someone else buy these in the black version?

Default Skip, more importantly for you, DolphinV8 and others, the resistor that has been working for me is a

150ohm 5W resistor. Been running teh resistor for a month now compliments of Audimods and no bulb out codes.

Obviously, since my ride is black the the black outline works for me. I haven't had any "water" issues...yet.

The rubber trim did not stick out as much as yours did, but the fit is good not perfect. The finish is good, but again not perfect. The red led part is great, but as others have mentioned I wish the clear part was like the OEM.

Overall, they look great.

Peace!

Default I have the tinted black one on black A4....

I like it but I think the red ones would have stood out and looked more sporty. I still like to know if anyone has fixed the error message on the cluster and how?.

Default Nasty, use a silver turn light signals, they silver part will look a lot better, you will be ...

surprised of this difference that make. The orange bulbs gives it a cheapish look and it's impact is magnified because the relective surround.

Default Yeah, I immediately changed the ambers to Stealth bulbs. Run a 150ohm 5w resistor to get rid of the

bulb out indicator on the display.

Goodluck!
