HI all
so here is the issue guys my old TB had several problems like little hesitation at idle poor acceleration so got no codes but after i took it out to clean it the i pushed the valve butterfly by my fingers and holed it open to clean the dirt after that got a lot of codes throttle mechanical failure adapt ERROR angel sensor 1 high EPC angel sensor 2 high so i removed the black plastic cover on TB i found the little connectors wires to the black tracks sensors are broken ale the 5 wires are done
so i replaced the TB with anther one from junkyard cleared the codes and adapts ok car start ok idle steady no hesitation all smooth got the acceleration power back but still there is little issue with this TB at cold start takes time to get engine star and when it start its start at normal idle i know this not normal cuze my old TB at cold start starts at 1500 rpm till it worm and gose down to normal car ar fine at road feeling good
after 2 days i tried to adapt the TB got Throttle Valve adapt ERROR and set cod and wont clear till i remove the battery cables for 30 minutes reconnect the battery clear the codes no fault codes the TB if i turn the ignition on let it for 1 minutes adapt goes fine manually and if i check at basic setting 060 adapt status OK but when i try to adapt it by scan tool launch x431 pro adaptation not complete and set code p1579 Throttle Valve adapt not started
