Default UPDATE: Check out the masterpiece! Thanks Markku for the excellent work...

Everything was test fitted on my car and the removed.

The whole assembly including the stainless steel turbo/turbine housing, the stainless steel wastegate housing and its pipe, the wastegate's 2 inch in diameter exhaust pipe (except for the flex), the 3 inch in diameter downpipe (except for the last 6 inches) and of course the exhaust manifold were sent to a Montreal area aerospace company that specialize in heat treatments for various materials.

They will coat my components with a special ceramic coating using the latest "high tech" methods of application to form a heat insulation barrier to keep the heat inside the pipes and components for a faster flowing gases and to keep the temperature down underneath the hood.

Here are the latest pictures before the coating...

Default Ahh, new wallpaper !! Looks nice, can't wait to see the finished product..

My ceramic coated Hooker Super Comps(on another car)are nice looking, but polished Stainless would be so sweet. Although I understand you wanting to keep the heat inside the pipes.
