Default It means that they've hooked up a vag-comm to your car and it threw this code.

ridiculous. i'm just looking for an answer here. i'm glad you've been able to log numerous hours on this forum to claim yourself as the man. is that what you wanted? someone to call you the man.

Default Ummm... Hmmm... I don't really think of myself as "the man"... Here's one more link.

It appears to be a vacuum leak that's causing this error.

What else do you want to know? Just trying to be helpful that's all.<ul><li><a href="https://forums.audiworld.com/a4gen2/msgs/869372.phtml">https://forums.audiworld.com/a4gen2/msgs/869372.phtml</a></li></ul>

Default Yo esaallstar23... Ease up on the foul language. Did you take the time to consider that STFA also..

stands for Search The Forum Archive. I am sure that Tgr_Clw was only trying to help you which is why he provided a link to a previous post on the topic. Oh and trust me it is people like Tgr_Clw that make this forum so good. Yes he posts a lot and will likely be Post ***** of the Year for 2006 but he also contributes a great deal to this forum so I suggest you rethink your previous post and the tone that you made it in. Thanks.

Default Replace your EVAP purge valve and check your vac lines to your Combi valve.

you can go here and ECS tells you that the EVAP purge valve is a common cure for the exact code you have

Default Emissions fault. Should be covered by emissions warranty up to 70k or 80k miles

I forget which one.
