where's the best/cheapest place to buy front and rear rotors and front hps pads?

if you want OEM rotors get them from Carson at Riverside Audi.

I use AutoZone or Advance Auto for rotors. Duralast Ceramic pads are excellent, fwiw.
 

Remza Gold, Pagid Blue, Axxis Ultimate are all good and maybe you find them locally. I would not vary from that list without a very good reason.

I have Duralast of 4-5 cars and never an issue and they work great.
