Wipers won't stop cycling!!!!!!!
#11
Hi.
The parking of the wipers is controlled by the motor itself. Its possible that the motor you fitted to your vehicle was defective, but as the problem was they continuously cycled, you wouldnt have noticed the parking fault. I would put the original motor back on and try.

Wipers wont stop cycling.
Hi Mark, Thank you for your thread. By reading your thread I have found the solution for my wipers problem. I have the same problem as you have wipers wont stop cycling after a big rain leakag. Now I have order a used Onboard power control unit. I can not wait to make the wipers work again. I have tried everything and replaced many parts with no luck. If you can move the wipers by hand, you should check the screw on top ogf the wiper motor. Place the the wiper blade around 5 cm above the car glass bottom. With a fast 13 mm fast key you can reach to the screw on top of the wiper motor. when you are done. test if the wipers stops at the same place on top and on bottom of the glass. If the wiper blade stop somewhere on the windows glass, you will need to take the whole wipermotor and Mechanic apart. Clean the the mechanic part with rustremover. Use a nose plier, and take out the key ring on top of the two stands. Give the stands a good clean and put a lot of grease on both stands before reassample all parts.
Good luck.
Best regards
