Wondering what this piece/part is
 

I got an Audi A4 quattro today and I got home, closed the hood, and this thing fell from somewhere under the car to the ground. Any idea what it is? https://photos.app.goo.gl/pxJkT3D9ffkBYiua9

It holds the wiring harness attached to the inside of the front bumper. Look just above the ungloved index finger in the pic and you can see one of the clips.
