18" wheel fitment on B7

Can anyone confirm whether these replica wheels on ebay will fit a b7 2.0 Avant?

They're RS4 Replica 18"x8.5" 35mm offset.

Here's a picture of how they line up with the fenders....

Hi.
I'm from Poland.
I would lie to "run" on 19",8,5 with tyres 235/40 but worried that it will rub.
I have S-LINE suspension.
Maeby 235/35 but I'm not sure about tyre profil...
