So my son got an a4 and the coolant flange is leaking from the o-rings going to heater core and temp sensor. It is not leaking from engine side. I replaced the o rings and it is still leaking!!! Any body have any luck changing to a thicker oring? Is the flange it self shot? New o-ring slowed the leak down but still dripping. Thanks!

Check coolant O2 sensor. I had a bad leak, thought it was the flange but found a great indy shop and they looked and said it was the )2 sensor. Fairly cheap/quick fix.
