3000 mile question
Can someone, please, tell me it's nothing... When rolling downhill in neutral, at around 30 mph the left side of the car starts vibrating at high frequency, as if metal parts are grinding. What the hell? I feel the vibration the most through my door...
Thanks in advance! Also, which service dept. sucks less - New Country in CT or Classic Motors in Westchester?

for dealership ratings, you can go to 1.8t.org, and check out the rating of you dealership.
my dealership for example, is in the top 5! =)

http://1.8t.org</a

Re: 3000 mile question
Just went to Classic last week and its didn't suck that much. They were very pleasant to deal with and although they did not fix everything we asked for (had to order parts), they agreed to complete the work at a convenient time for us (after work from 4-5). we dropped the car off on time and got it back on time. They even washed it.

Re: 3000 mile question
Got to agree so far re: Classic - their service facility seems very nicely setup, they have the right attitude, etc. The only things I have been in for are minor and they checked out my concerns and were polite in telling me not to worry - no hint that I was bothering them. Also, I can walk to MetroNorth and get into the City quickly - a big plus. I'd be inclined to give them the chance to mess up before concluding they're no good. They did everything promised with regard to getting my A4 exactly as I wanted it equipped and when - and a great trade and lease price. So far a great experience.
