Probably the plugs you put in.
First of all, the coilpacks on the older cars rarely go bad. Definitely not like the CPs on the DBW cars. And they are expensive as hell too, so you better hope it's not the CPs.
Second, the chances of all 4 CPs going bad at the same time is very slim. Usually it would be one at a time.
In fact, if you have a misfire on one cylinder, the way to troubleshoot whether it is a CP or something else, is to move the CP to a different cylinder to see if the problem moves with it.
But if you've got misfires on all 4 cylinders, it's probably something else.
When you replaced the plug wires, did you make sure you got the firing order correct?
Beyond that, I'll defer to the experts on the B5 forum.
