Default A4 misfire

I purchased a 2007 A4 in Dec. In January I replaced the plugs like I usually do when I purchase a vehicle. In early April I noticed the car starting to stutter or misfire. A mechanic told me one came loose and they all became fouled out. I replaced the 4 plugs and coil packs, as well as the cam position sensor(check engine light came on). About 2 weeks ago I noticed the car start to misfire again when I give it gas. What else should I be looking at??

Stan, scan the car with VCDS and that will provide additional insight/specific VAG error codes.
