A4 Tire Load Rating
Okay I beleive the OEM Tires come with 93 Load rating Index
Now i need new Tires. Found some good deals on 225/45/17 but the problem is they have 91 load rating.
According to the index its only about 100 pounds of difference.
Whats the minimum Load rating that i should have on my Audi A4 2007 2.0T Quattro?
Is it safe to have 91 load rating tires. ?
I'm currently running 235/45/17 94. Mechanic says 235 and 225 really wouldnt make a big difference.
Just wanted to get some advice.

The load ratings shouldn't be too much of a concern unless you load up the car. The only vehicle I have been concerned about tire load rating is our SUV in which we haul and tow. Have you tried Tire Rack online or given them a call? They're always very helpful and should be able to answer you question.
