My 2007 Audi A4 S Line 2.0 Avant (Japanese import to New Zealand) is making the same noise as this video
It always starts when I put the air con on and carries on sometimes even after the ignition is switched off?

Any ideas please??

Common problem. Its the hvac flap motor. the gears usually start to strip, Easy fix as its located behind the glovebox. Just removed the glove box and you will see it

should be under 300.00 from a independent repair shop. I think the motor itself is under 100.00
