Any mods for the 3.2??

Focus on handling, sound, and appearance
I did coilovers, rear anti-sway bar, wheels/tires, and center diff. I'd recommend starting with the anti-sway bar. Depending on your wheels, do those (i.e. if you're on 17"s, consider 18") and some performance tires. Then coilovers. Finally, if you still want better handling and less understeer, get the STaSIS center diff mod.
The bottom line is that you have a decent engine that will probably be a lot more reliable than a highly-tuned 2.0T. Learn to appreciate that, and focus on mods to improve handling, sound, and appearance.
I drove a BMW 135i, today. It had a more compliant ride, but felt softer in the corners than my modded 3.2. I kind of think my ride sounds better and even has more off-the line torque.
