Default Anyone with diverter valve problems since chipping?

And if so, any other modifications other than chip? I'm thinking of going APR but am not sure if I should do anything with the diverter valve or wait for it to fail (if it actually does) before replacing it.

Default Just buy an extra one for when yours fails

There's doubt whether or not aftermarket diverter valves are worth the extra $, so just grab an extra stock one from your dealer. It's not that hard to replace.

My original DV lasted about 1 1/2 years chipped before I got the WOOOOSH.

If it gives you some peace of mind to change it, go for it.

Default Is there a DIY with pictures somewhere?

I'm not much of a wrencher but if it's easy enough I may give it a shot. Oh, and how much is the part? Thanks.

I'd do it before it fails. Why wait - and the new APR is suppose to be nice

Default I replaced mine with the Forge stainless steel DV...

I got it just so I wouldn't have to worry about any more torn diverter valves.

I did some logging and it actually held about 1 PSI of boost a little better through the mid-range than the OEM DV.
