Anyone fit a memory seat on 2.0T?
So I did some searching on the forum to see if I can fit a seat memory module on a 2.0T. So far, it seems like there are few people that are interested but no one has actually done it. I also read that the parts cost ridiculous amount of money, and that the wiring is equally painful. I'm wondering if there is anyone out there that actually went forward with fitting a memory seat capability in a 2.0T (regardless of price or hours spent).
On a side note: Time to time, I find myself awkward in my seat (no one else drives this car), as if the seat position has been slightly altered. Anyone get the feeling that, overtime the seats in the A4s just move by the weight?

Possible yes but it's a lot of work as mentioned by DaveJJ and in the past
Nothing's impossible, but if I recall, it's an entirely different wiring harness that is installed at the factory, so it's going to be a royal PITA to remove the wiring and to install the new wiring.

Yes, it seems absolutely possible
but I'm asking the question to find more about the aftermath of the project. We all know there are a lot of times when parts just can't operate to their full potenital or screws up another part, if and when you install something that is not factory (even if all the parts are factory equipments, and are derived from previous set up). This is something that I learned, over the time of owning this car, that I use this function more frequently then I initially assumed. Therefore, if there is solid evidence that adding memory capability beyond audi's intention results in a satisfactory operation, I'm prepared (somewhat) to take the fall on the money, and the hassle of installation. So again, if there is anyone out there that went forward with this kind of project please let me know.

It's sad to say
I have memory seats in my 2005.5 A4 and haven't ever used the memory function...
If you really want to do it I'm sure it's possible. Good luck!
Oh, and yes, I think the seats move slightly by themselves...

Expensive and a lot of work
Different driver seat (seat motors with position control), different driver door electrics, additional controls in door (requires new driver side door trim), different door mirrors (both sides, folding with memory), and several new wires. If you have the Bentley manual, try to track down the differences in the wiring. This should give you a first hint on what needs to get replaced and rewired.
