coming from the area between the seats kind of under where the cup holders are. Not always there, but can get very annoying. It's worst when starting off from a dead stop. Kinda like the start off motion makes the plastic creak.

Yes, it drives me nuts and it seems to be coming from both the armrest AND the actualy seat. I can pull the armrest up and hold it (which eliminates that squeak) but still hear a squeak from the seat area as I accelerate and brake. The passenger seat has an annoying high frequency rattle that is worse when the car has been sitting in the heat. Very frustrating on a 2 month old car with 1400 miles. My 19 year old 911 is quiet and solid as a rock, although the engine makes a lot of noise, being air cooled.
I think it may be the mounting bracket but I have not had the time to try and figure it out.

It may be some parts rubbing under the center console in between the seats. Someone apparently had this problem and it necessitated having a piece of felt inserted between two plastic parts.
