Looking at it in the ETKA a few weeks ago for a friend as he wanted to remove the panels off also, I believe that there are screws behind the trim piece which you have to remove (somehow), there is a trim piece near the grab handle that needs to be removed also to expose the screws under it, and there are a few on the bottom. Can't remember if there are any on the sides, if there are they should be pretty visible.

Yep what he said....
pry the trim at the top off, staring at the front, pretty easy...then the little cover by the handle/door pull, and the one screw at the bottom is already exposed. You have to use something the get your fingers behind the panel from the bottom, and basically yank it off. You can replace the broken clips but a few is all you need. Carefull, there is a pressure sensor in the door panel for the side airbag, and the foam liner needs to stay intact, no tears.
