What is it for? Have anyone ever behefited from them? I've just spent 45 minutes asking their "advocats" how to re-order keys for the Lifestyle Rack system. They don't even know that there are locks on their own equipment. They, also, didn't know that their website has an instructional video that has these keys up close. I've seen bad customer service but this...
The dealer doesn't have part number either. Any suggestions? Contact Thule? THANKS!!!

B4 calling a lock smith, try this.
Thule OEMs VWs and Audi's racks. There should be a number code imprinted on the cylinder of the rack. Take it to a local Thule dealer and have them order a replacement

So far, Thule USA is denying any cooperation with Audi or VW and Audi Collection rep is pointing at Thule.
