brake fluid level sensor missing

brake fluid level sensor missing
I was checking the brake fluid level and noticed that there is no cable connected to the brake fluid level sensor in the bottom of the reservoir. I also looked aroud the area to find a missing wire but there is none. Also no DTC is detected. Could that mean that this model does not have the brake fluid level sensor?
If the last is the true, than this car should not be approved!
