I think you'll need the dealership on that..and both keys

Default Process is in the manual if the settings were lost
But if reprogramming it doesn't resolve the problem, as John mentioned, only the dealer can do that.

Default the remotes? insert in ignition, hold unlock or lock button...
and turn to on position, continue holding for ten seconds, repeat as needed. As far as immobilizer, dealer only.
