The tirerack has different set of wheels for the B7 S4 and B7 A4. I do see some wheels I like under B7 S4 but they are not listed for the B7 A4...

Are there any difference in terms of what wheels fit over among S4 and A4?

Only main difference is caliper/rotor size so when some wheels may fit one or the other, it's usually has to do with the spokes clearing the caliper, or the can of the wheel clearing the rotor, or the offset of the wheels for clearance. Fender flare, chassis & suspension position, etc, all the same. Therefore, 98% of the B7 S4/A4 wheels out there are all interchangable with each other.
