Default Dealer saying ECM Faulty and Broken Vacuum Line, asking $4000 for repair

I have a 2007 Audi A4 3.2 with 99500 miles, i've regularly serviced my vehicle at Audi dealerships since purchasing in 2008 and my car is running perfectly fine. My check engine light recently came on and I took it in to a Audi dealership today and they did a diagnostic scan and found a "broken vacuum line" and "ECM faulty." They quoted me around $4000 to get both repaired. Does this sound right? Has anyone else had this problem?

No, that sounds insane. You could probably replace the whole engine for less than that.
