I stopped by my delaer a few weeks ago to pick up some touchup paint and noticed nobody waiitng for their car and very few cars there. Then yesterday morning I had the 15K-mile service doen on my '08 A4 2.0TQ Tip and was surpised that when I arrived a few minutes after the shop opened I was the first car there and went right in. In past years with my last Audi and this one, I would have to get there at least 15 minutes before they opened or there would be 4 or 5 cars ahead of me. Anyone else have this experience recently? The economy?

Yep...last time I was at my local dealer my service rep said things were quieter than usual...sign of the times! Or perhaps Audi's are generally more reliable than they used to be? <knock on wood!>

It's a little of both. People aren't springing for repairs. And reliability is up.
