If you have the CD changer then you cannot use the Dension
The Dension has to plug into something, and that's currently being used by your CD changer.
THere was a guy on the TT forum that did make a pretty nice switch to change the input between the changer and the iPod.

I remember reading something that stated the Audi OEM adapter is a rebranded Denison Icelink with a few extra features. I think it was in one of the articles I read after Apple announced the OEM Audi adapter.

Dension's web site claims that it will work with NON-NAV head units
Forget the CD Changer. Once you have your ipod, you'll never need it again.
I have a Dension Icelink in my VW and LOVE IT!! I've never needed the CD changer.
