Rubber timing belt or timing chain? How long have you owned this car? Do you know the history?

In general, if the oil level reads full, and the light still comes on and is flashing, you either have a clogged or failed oil pump or sludged up scenario. The sensor could be bad, they certainly do fail. There is a typically a loud, annoying buzzer when all of this occurs. The car 'suddenly came to a stop' would carry deep meaning for me.

Thanks alot for your concern friend. i was hearing a kind of rattling noise before the packup of the engine.

My mechanic came and install another engine. he detected that that the gaskete was bad. the engine now jumped timing.
he installed a 2.7litre engine to replace the previous 2.4 engine.
Car is running fine.
Cost some cash.
thank you all for your support.

Regards.
