If you're like me your bluetooth suddenly decided to become much quieter to the point that you can hardly hear the phone calls despite turning up the car and phone volume full blast.
Finally got a Bentley and a Vagcom for my "newer" Audi.

Fix requires logging in with the Vagcom, going to radio (controller 56, adaptation and changing channel 51 from 1 to 0.)

Note, this will erase all your radio preset stations so write them down first so that you can easily re-enter them. This will also make the "link" chime much louder, but that is a small price to pay to be able to actually hear the person on the other end of the call.
