Fuel Door Actuator Issue- Crazy weird.

Fuel Door Actuator Issue- Crazy weird.
Good Morning Everyone!
I'm very new at this, so please forgive my explanation.
After having my back right speaker fixed, every time I turned my A4 ('06) off, I heard this faint thumping coming from the fuel door (in perfect rhythm). It would be constant, and does not stop....until I power the car on, or unlock/open the trunk.
I did some research, and found the problem to be the actuator behind the fuel door. Wellll, turns out that after I replaced that, it is still having the same issue. So maybe something electrical?
