Default How to remove Navi disk?

This is prob a really dump question but how do I remove the Navi disk from an 07 A4? I pressed the button to fold the screen down and hit the eject button and nothing happens. I tried to hold the button down tried with the car running and in park and not running still nothing. Before anyone says read the manaul I don't have one it is my friends car trying to help her out. Any help would be great. TIA

That's weird. I ejected mine once and recall I just hit the eject button with the flip screen down. What if you try going to the CD control screen and scrolling to the 7th disk (the nav disc). Does that give yo any options to eject?

You may need to enable to Navigation disc eject button. People with Vagcom should be able to do it or give your local deal a call.

Your Nav disc is probably locked in, you can unlock it at dealer or Vagcom
