I hate the brake dust, I may just get gun-metal or black rims instead of silver.

Been looking for 18's in hypersilver but after I washed my car today I may just go darker.

The brade dust is out of control, the rims get so damn dirty. I know gun-metal and black will get just as dirty but it will hide it better than the silver.

end of rant

Default I'm trying new pads before I go that route

But yeah, the dust is a bitch, wheels look good for about a day.

Default carbotech bobcats, wash once a week. works well for me.

love the bobcats, less and lighter brake dust, rotor friendly ceramic compound.

your car might look pretty good with gunmetal though, unless you like the contrast...

I can't see replacing perfectly fine pads yet, and I am up in the air about the GM or Black on Black

is there no products out there that you can apply to the rims to reduce the amount of brake dust being applied on the rims?

I fortunally have the titanium pkg on my car so i have dark rims so you dont see it as bad...but up close you really can see the dust covered rims

The only thing I know of is to wax the rim

Default Brake dust comes from the brakes, not wheels. Nothing you can do to the wheels to reduce the dust.

The only thing you can do is to make the dust come off the wheel easier by waxing them, or using some sort of brake dust repellent.
