I need some advice on what lights to buy...
I dont have the xenons but seeing how changing the lights and fogs has become so easy (non s-line A4) i figured i want to change my fogs and my lights. Im looking to get my headlights as white as possible and I would like the fogs to have that color like some motorcycles do; the kind that seems to beam out several colors depending on what angle u look at it. Where's a good place to find lights like these? where should i start looking? thanks!

I wouldn't do it.
The way I understand it, the s-line is the easy one; on the others, getting at the fogs requires bumper removal.
These cars have really good headlights. IMO, there is nothing to be gained here. Whiter bulbs use a blue filter which actually reduces your total light. Sylvania has a couple lines which are actually brighter, with or without the blue filter. But these bulbs are about $50/pair, and they only last about a year.
I used those bulbs on a car with such pathetic headlights that I was desperate. But my B6 had the best projector lenses I ever saw. If the halogens on the B7 use similar optics, you already have better headlights than most HID-equipped cars.
