Default intake for a b7

i've never had a car with a turbo before, so i don't even know if it can be done at all, but can i get an aftermarket intake? i want to be able to open it up. maybe it'll be a little louder?

Default One word - Carbonio

I installed mine about 2 weeks ago and love it. Combined with an exhaust system the car seems faster and quicker to spool up than before. Makes a big difference in my book.

You can also hear the intake and the 'pssht' of the diverter valve much more.

Install was pretty straightforward. Definately a thumbs up.

I'll be updating the AudiWorld B7 project car with my experiences soon.<ul><li><a href="http://www.goapr.com/Audi/products/intake_carbonio_b7a4.html">Carbonio intake distributed by APR</a></li></ul>

Default A little bit...but not that bad...

and I am older..so these things can bother me. It has a hissing or whoosh sounds on upshift..but when I have the radio on...(99.9% of the time) I don't hear it at all.

Default Mike is da man...make sure you talk to Mike before getting the Carbonio stuff from anyone else

Looks like you can get the Carbonio stuff directly from APR (the importer) and from APR resellers like Pure Motorsports, Streetwerkes, GMGRacing, and a number of others.
