K04 TIME
Hello AudiWorld!
2008 2.0 Avant quattro with tiptronic (boooo, i know)
Ok so im going to purchase a k04 over this weekend. Has the turbo, downpipe and injectors. Getting it for a steal. What i want to know is, what other supporting mods should i have? I have and intake in already and FMIC waiting to be mounted after i buy new couplings. Do i need an HPFP? Also what manifold should i be running? This will be my first turbo upgrade ever. Trying to keep it mild but fun and RELIABLE. The key is longevity. If anyone has some insight they would like to share with me please do because all the threads i have found on this go dead.

You need a KO4 tune to operate it,hpfp upgrade internals or complete upgraded pump,,HFC or testpipe. I would also suggest a GFB DV+. The stock intake manifold is more then sufficient for a KO4 set up. I would suggest the JHM KO4 tune.
