Mirror mount replacement

New guy here. We just bought an 07 a4 cabriolet quattro s line for my wife as a summer car. Pretty good condition, just needs a couple minor things. One is this mirror base. Wondering if they are replaceable seperately or if I need to find a whole matching mirror?
