Misfire..Smoke..HELP!
Good evening everyone! I've been reading this forum and other for a while now and finally decided to create a thread for my issue.
Couple months ago got 2007 Audi a4 2.0T quattro.. and all the problems with it!
Not sure where to begin, the main problem is burning oil and a lot of smoke when accelerating or going uphill. I know is a problem many other owners had at some point. I went to the dealer to see if they could find something my mech couldn't. The revision came as needed new MAF and had a misfire, so I changed it ( 5 min job).
The car has 116k mil on it. The car sounds good once is hot, when is cold sound a misfiring somewhere. I switched coils to see if they were the problem but was not lucky.
Changed the spark plugs from stock to Denso 5310 ( read about it somewhere here), and in the beginning, the car run great, very smooth, changed gear like new, uphill acceleration excellent. I thought the problem was solved but after 1500 miles the car went to the same point was in the beginning.
Went to another mech and they did the compression test which was good and told me to maybe replacing the gasket cover will solve the problem, because it seems there is a small leak ontop the turbo- passager side- but does not look like coming from the gasket cover (so I am stuck here). The injectors were checked and look ok.
Also tried another spark plugs just last week, had crazy smoke coming from exhausts (ngk bkr7e), thought was burning!! When removed the sparks this is how they like burned.
Feels like the car need new spark plugs every 900 miles, because that the best range I made without adding a quarter of oil. It was something like at 350 miles, 460 miles, 900 miles and then went down to 350 miles.
Also connected VAG and this is the codes which always come up.
