The wife wanted the A4 and called in remorse. Should I be supportive? They have not picked up the car yet so why not have them reconsider?

A customer at my dealership just traded in an IS350 with less than 100 miles on it!
I think the car had 96 miles, titanium wheels, black on black, really nice.
Customer traded Lexus IS350 w/96 miles+ Jeep Commander w/ 500 miles+ probably some cash, for a Range Rover Sport non-supercharged!
It's a good way to lose money!

I've driven both and the older B7 is nicer IMHO...
The Lexus was noisy for a Lexus, the dash lights light up GREEN (!!!) and the doors felt light when closing. There is a difference between a German shell and a Japanese shell. You also can't get xenons on the 250. Moreover, the 250 is less motor than the car it replaces if you want to look at engine numbers. I just wasn't as impressed as I thought I would be. The A4 is still a great ride for the price.
