I purchased a set of Black Audi rings (Front and trunk) in August. I was charged and didn't receive anything, word or package, for a month. I called and was told they were sent US postal to a physical address (I have a PO Box). They then allegedly resent via UPS. 2 weeks, still no package. Called again, spoke to the owner, it was sent UPS to the PO Box (yeah right). Weeks later the hurricanes were a factor... you get the drift. I finally threatened using this and other forums to bash their name and was told they would go out FedEx last Wednesday. Still no package. Their customer service sucks and their owner is a lier. I don't know about the product because I am still waiting for it...3 whole months!!!!

Neither UPS nor FedEx deliver to PO Boxes. Plus, they should have tracking numbers...

they usually carry the items but they just happen to be out of stock on them. And just your luck, the items are on a 'back order' from Germany or where ever and is taking longer than expected to make more. Therefore you are basically waiting on the production or shipment of the next batch before they ship yours out and all they are doing are stall tactics that you always see done by shops (I'm a shop owner, but not for Audi parts so I know the drill). If something really was sent out by UPS or FedEx, there would be a tracking number with day-by-day updates on the package.
