2008 Dolphin Gray 24k miles FWD, couple noob questions, Where can I get a new license plate cover/delete for a good price?

I traded in my MKV GTI which had multi function controls on the steering wheel, I DO NOT have a owners manual so I cannot for the life of me figure out what the buttons on the steering wheel do such as the one on the right side next to the volume control.

Also, How do I verify if I have a Sat radio reciever? I had sat radio in my GTI and would transfer it over but not sure If it has Sat. Wasnt really a question I was wondering about when I bought it.....
