No front plate

I'm seeing a lot of b7's with no front plate here in cali. Are the cops not bothering or people are just willing to do the fix-it hassle?

The Cars New, cops dont mess with it, the cities that bother you for no FRONT plates are cities heavey on Camera Lights! Only time I ever was bothered was in Westwood, Beverly Hills, and Hollywood.
