Default The OEM B6 S4 Rear Sway Bar installed -- If you didn't upgrade yours, do it ASAP.

The install was fairly simple. I did it in my gurage with floor jack and the craftman socket sets(13mm & 16MM).

The results were better than I expected. I have non-sports suspension and the body role is 99% gone! Also, the streering wheel feels much firmer now. I can not imagine what the H-sport unit would do. Probably even better performance but the $ was not so friendly. It was well worth of $92 I spent...

I recommend it to everyone who still has the stock rear sway bar.

P.S.: The AUDI dealer has difference parts number for B7 S4. However, the Audi warehouse in NJ sent B6 S4 one instead. Because, they are exactly the same unit...

** Koni and H&R Sport Springs will be installed this Saturday -- I hope it gets rid of the understeer...

Dan from PA.

i'm extremely interested in the S4 sway bar and plan on getting one soon. glad to hear the good results! how thick is the S4 sway? the one i was looking at from ECS tuning is 20mm it says its OEM S4 but i thought oem was 18 or 19mm?

Default 8E0-511-409-AJ (AL for B7 S4 = Both are same) plus bushings (I don't have parts number for it)

My Local dealer gave me 10% off on parts hence $92..

Default sport package includes sport springs, sport dampers, sport sways, wheels/tires, and strut ...

brace as jeremy noted. It would cost right around $950 to purchase the suspension parts of the OEM sport package on their own from the dealer. It would cost at least an additional $1900 (OEM rims are $350 per and tires about $180 per) to purchase the sport wheels and tires as individual parts from the dealership for a total of about $2800 worth of parts that are included in the $250 sport package. Not a bad option for the money I guesss if you like the OEM sport package.

cheers! Mike

Default I agree. Far and away the best value of any Audi options....

Personally, I intentionally didn't get it.

I prefer the softer ride and the enormous wheel gap that makes so many folks cringe doesn't bother me.

I also live in Upstate NY, so, given the deep and continuous snow, having the non-sport works better for me.

I did opt for the 17" wheels with Conti All Seasons and i'm very happy with them.

All that said, I have no doubt that the OEM sport package is one hell of a value and unless you're like me and don't want a sports suspension, or are planning to rip it all out anyway and go with an aftermarket system, you'd be crazy not to get it for the $$.
